If you're after a tiny speargun to hunt in dirty water, in caves, holes in the shallows and you still want unseen power and accuracy, then the Babygat is for you!
Modelled using the same specs as the Rollergat, the Babygat packs all the same features of the Rollergat but comes in the most compact configuration possible and is available in sizes 40, 50 and 60cm.
Rollerguns have come a long way in recent times and not only are we huge fans of rollers, but we have been building and developing them for years and have learnt A LOT from our own relentless development and testing and also from our test divers input.
Most recently we have significantly improved our roller rail gun designs with the newly designed muzzle and the introduction of full ceramic bearings inset into our bespoke designed rollers creating a smoother and more power efficient shaft release.
We specifically designed the rollers to our desired precise ID and OD spec ensuring optimal profile and spacing which illuminates band rub on the stock whilst keeping the bands parallel and close to the stock further reducing the profile making this gun not only incredibly power efficient but also a breeze to track with.
The Babygat muzzle is in house Aquagat designed from our monoblock formula poly medium to the contours of our ultra rigid and tough 31mm thick, 'deep track', carbon fibre stock. The 'deep track' tech ensures ultimate accuracy as well as adding significant stock strength and rigidity gains.
Our newly designed reel mount also doubles as the band anchor unit so you can now also run the Aquagat 'Keep-It' reel with your Babygat!
The power house of the Babygat and Rollergat utilizes the full length of the carbon fibre stock for band stretch which creates a much more powerful and precise shot, and believe it or not, this also further reduces recoil by having equally opposing forces for the entirety of the stock length, so simple, SO effective!
We also made sure that the line guides are as efficient and effective as possible ensuring quicker reloads and no dreaded muzzle wrap!
The Babygat carbon fibre stock comes in a stunning factory matte black finish with diamond fish scale Aquagat decals setting the contrast of this stunning speargun right off!
Off the racks the Babygat comes with a 7.1mm shaft but can accept shafts from between 7mm to 8mm in both US square notch and EU round loading notch formats (US square notch are preferred).
Arriving standard in our funky Aquagat turquise colour-way you also have the option to create your very own custom colour-way grip, receiver, roller head and rollers for just $79.
As with all Aquagat spearguns, the Babygat comes with the ever reliable, ultra strong and smooth Aquagat reverse trigger mechanism.
With our unique wide finger lever design, precisely designed high tolerance sears, silky smooth finger feel even at the highest loads and housed inside the machined stainless steel casing there's really nothing this mech can't handle.
