How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At Aquagat we build each order bespoke, to your specs and your design. Please allow 7 days for build time. Once you're order is made you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on it's way. We ship using our preferred domestic and international couriers but please note that due to CoVid delivery times are often delayed and whilst we do eveyrhting we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, the delivery schedule of couriers is often out of our control. Please allow approx. 2 weeks for domestic shipping. Please allow approx. 4 weeks for international shipping.

How should I care for my Aquagat?

Keeping your underwater weaponry in peak performance condition is not only critical, but very simple too.

Follow the protocols below and you will have an incredible underwater weapon that will perform to the same high standards each and every dive and will last a lifetime.

Every Aquagat speargun model:

After each dive day remove the shaft, then rinse the stock, bands, rollers and bearings (Rollergat models), reel, shaft and trigger mech with fresh water. Put the shaft back in and leave to dry, ready for your next adventure!

Rollergat models: VIP! Ensure that you ALWAYS de-tension your bands after your days diving. Doing so will greatly increase your bands life and performance. This also relieves the components of unnecessary tension and pressure which in cases of prolonged or extreme heat can potentially warp some parts.

Timber models: Every 3-6 months give the entire gun a light coat of oil. We highly recommend Odies Oil (original) its by far the best oil available, failing that, use a true Tung Oil. The Odies product both protects and stabilizes the timber and will keep the gun water tight protected and looking stunning for life. Oiling is as simple as lightly rubbing the oil in by hand, leaving for 20 minutes, then wiping it off. You don’t even need to dis-assemble the gun to do this!
